tiny dancer

Shayla has been taking ballet the past few months and just had her first recital. It was so adorable! Her class did the best by far... they're older than most the other kids, but still. She was so cute that I had to post a few pics. I with I had better ones of the performance but it was in the palace of fine arts and they were super strict about "no pictures/video". Of course those rules don't apply to me and I snapped a few inside.

Shayla's sweet friend Julia. Dance wouldn't been nearly as fun without this little gal.

I don't know what Shayla will miss more... dance class, or ice cream afterward.

All those pictures are so cute. And Shayla does look so grown up in them, especially in the 1st picture.

she is such a tiny dancer! i love that you snuck pictures at the recital (i'm super shocked about it). you are such a fun mom to bring flowers to the performance, and even more fun for the ice cream trip. cute cute girls.
