back roads.
So Zach and I went on our first overnight getaway together in almost 5 years. Wow. That's pathetic. We went to Sedona... one of my favorite places in the world (which I guess isn't saying much since I haven't been many places, but still). Most of the day was spent off-roading and hiking. So fun! I wish I had video of Zach's truck crawling up the rock. It was nuts. Zach had a lot of faith in his Chevy, but I was skeptical at first... can you blame me?

Man, I can't believe you did that! I would be scared to death going down those rocks! You are very brave. Beautiful pictures though.
I'm so jealous.....do you know that in 8 1/2 years of marriage, we've never gone away for a weekend (or even a night) alone? Actually, my mom is taking the kids tonight so we can go deer hunting tomorrow, but it doesn't really count since we'll be staying at Roudy's parent's house. Oh well....... Glad you guys had fun. Great pics! When are you guys coming here again? I miss you.... :(
